PRE PRODUCTION / PRODUCTION
Budget management, estimates, bid submissions, legal contracts, negotiation, usage rights
Art buying, casting, location scouting, permits, bookings, travel, accommodations
Workflow Process and Management: shot lists, timelines and scheduling, call sheets, customs paperwork
On set QC-  ensure all required assets are captured and within brand guidelines
POST PRODUCTION
Asset Management: QC / allocation of all assets captured working with digital asset managers to successfully upload content to network server for post processes
Approval process: Managing review process working with art directors, marketing teams, internal and external editors and retouching teams
